PUBLIC NOTICE
In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 40A, Section 5, the Winthrop Planning Board will hold a joint public hearing along with the Economic Development Sub-Committee of Winthrop Town Council at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 23, 2006, in the Harvey Hearing Room, Winthrop Town Hall, 1 Metcalf Square, Winthrop, MA, to consider an amendment to Chapter 145 of the Winthrop Town Code. The subject matter is the proposed new Article X.A, Special Development Overlay District, and establishment of the boundaries of said district as shown on the map entitled, “Special Development Overlay District Map,” dated July 31, 2006, which shall constitute an amendment to the Zoning Map. The complete text of the Special Development Overlay District and the overlay district map showing the area to be located
within said district, identified as Assessors Map 63, Lot 66, may be inspected in the Office of the Town Clerk, Winthrop Town Hall, 1 Metcalf Square, Winthrop MA, during regular business hours, as follows: Monday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday, 8 .am. to 4 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
